    Weaving

    Polyester filament is woven to the specified density. 190T pongee is the mainstream umbrella specification.

    Dyeing

    Dyed to the approved lab dip; colour consistency between rolls is what stops panel-to-panel shading.

    • Colour fastness to water · Reference: grade 3 or better per GB/T 23147-2018 · Per dye lot

    Functional coating

    PU, black gel, silver or fluorine-free water repellent coating applied for waterproofness and UV performance. PFAS-free options are increasingly requested for EU and US buyers.
